Features

What is the wallet SDK capable of in the EUDI context. To answer this question we have a short overview of the current features the SDK supports which can be used / tested when integrating the wallet SDK into an application.

Overview

General

• Handle Secure Element (e.g. Secure Enclave)
• Manage data e.g. credentials, providers, … in an SQL database
• Handle OpenID4VCI and OpenID4VP

Wallet Unit

• Register at a Wallet provider
• Login at a Wallet provider
• Generate a WIA (key attestation)
• Generate WUA

Attestation Provider

• Download PID from PID provider in SD-JWT and MDOC format (tested on EUDI reference provider and walt.id provider)
• Download custom credentials e.g. Employee Card in SD-JWT and MDOC format

Presentation Flow

• Remote presentation flow for cross and same device are supported

Current Restrictions

Validation

• No trust anchor certificate is validated at the moment

Restrictions: Credential Offer Flow

• WUA is not sent during credential offer flow for downloading a PID
• PAR (Pre authorized request) is not yet supported for credential offer flows

Restriction: Presentation Flow

• Proximity flow is not supported yet
• Remote flow: multiple requested credentials are not supported yet, only the first one - if the verifier request multiple - will be returned
